Dermoplast while breastfeeding

Question was Answered by: Bella McCarthy

Yes, you can use dermoplast even when breastfeeding, there is really nothing to worry about when using this spray. It doesn’t have any side effect that may harm your baby.

Just make sure to not buy the red spray since you want to use it on open wounds….

Don’t use the red spray on open cuts or open wounds, vaginal tear, 2nd degree tear since it is very strong and it burns….

Things to know before using dermoplast If you are breastfeeding

  1. Don’t use it for more than 4 times day
  2. Don’t use 7 days a week non stop
  3. Don’t use it on nipples since it contains benzocaine

If you need something to use on sore cracked nipples than you better buy Lansinoh HPA cream for Sore and cracked Nipples since it was approved by the FDA to be used on nipples even while breastfeeding.

I have four kids and I have used dermoplast four times after child birth while breastfeeding, I have never had any problems, this spray is the safest thing to use on your open wounds, just don’t use it more than four times a day.

What is the difference between the blue spray and the red spray?

Dermoplast pain relieving spray

Dermoplast pain relieving spray

The blue dermoplast spray is the first formula of dermoplast, it was the first spray they made, it best for too sensitive areas such as using it for 2nd degree tear, vaginal tear, c section incision, deep wounds, episiotomy, labial plasty.

The blue spray doesn’t sting and it doesn’t burn since it not too strong such as the red spray, using the blue spray is what I only recommend.

The blue spray will provide instant pain relief, it will stop any skin irritations and itching….

The red dermoplast is the second formula of dermoplast, it is an upgrade of the blue spray, the dermoplast company wanted to improve the blue spray and they came up with an idea of making the red spray.

Just know that the red spray is an upgrade of the blue spray, the red spray has some more new ingredients that were added to it that why it is not recommended for too sensitive areas.

A lot of women who have used the RED dermoplast for vaginal tear have told us that it burned their vaginas like fire…

The red spray works exactly the same as the blue spray, it just that it is more stronger… it best for minor cuts and skin irritations associated with sunburns.

ONE THING I WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE FROM THIS POST: You can use dermoplast while breastfeeding but don’t use it on nipples because benzocaine can be very toxic and harmful on your baby.

Reminder: if you want something for sore cracked nipples then make sure to buy Lansinoh HPA cream for Sore and cracked Nipples.

Tip: if you want to get the best result from dermoplast, you need to use it at least 2 times a day, using it every morning and evening is what I recommend.

Just know that this spray can be used anytime of the day or night, you can use it as much as you need but not more than four times a day….
